Order not received

Before initiating a return or filing a case, please adhere to the following steps:

4. Search Your Surroundings: Look around your house, mailbox, and neighborhood to search for the package.

Tracking shows delivered but package is not found

Please take the flowing steps:
1. Take a screenshot of the delivery tracking number or proof of delivery.
2. Visit your nearest USPS office and speak with the manager.
3. You may request a GPS location check to track the package's whereabouts.
4. Filing a USPS claim online is also an option, but please note that the response may be via email and may take longer to process.
5. If you believe the package was stolen, you can file a police report.
